*We are a nonprofit, and all of our staff members are unpaid volunteers, so after your $650 donation covers the costs of food and supplies for the retreat, any remaining money is used for our service projects.

What happens if the retreat isn't filled?If the retreat is not fully-filled, the event will be cancelled for this year. Your $25 deposit may be applied to a future event, or you can donate it to fund our future service projects. Watch for our next offering: the spring 8-week course in Gilbert, AZ!

Is there a set schedule for the retreat?We will give you an itinerary when you check in at the retreat. Please arrive between 5 and 7 pm for check in on Wednesday and we will provide a grab & go dinner. The retreat will start promptly at 7pm Wednesday ( and end mid-afternoon on Saturday) Each day will consist of various classes, activities, socializing, and meals! Sample schedule: Here is a simplified overview—keep in mind, the schedule may change.

Do I need to bring food?Nope! We will serve 3 meals a day plus snacks! If you have a favorite something you want to bring, feel free, but we have you covered! Please let us know if you have any allergies or intolerances that need to be accommodated.
want to gift a ticket?
If you are coming and want to bring a friend or family member:
Add as many tickets to your cart as you need! Enter the attendee's email address on their ticket. If you need this to stay secret for now, use your own email address.
If you are not coming and want to send someone: put your information in as the buyer in the first step and add the attendee's info on the ticket information in the next step.
